SkyMaster F850BX – 230V industrial sectional door operator kit with 50 Nm gear motor, external VARIO control station and manual emergency chain hoist.

The SkyMaster F850BX is designed for industrial sectional doors, providing a robust and compact shaft-mounted automation solution for professional applications.

Powered by 230V AC, with 370 W of power and 50 Nm of torque, the operator uses a 25.4 mm / 1” shaft coupling and is specified for sectional doors up to 8 metres high, subject to correct door configuration and installation.

Mechanical limit switches define the opening and closing positions, while the integrated manual chain-hoist system provides an alternative means of operating the door in the event of a power failure or emergency.

The kit is supplied with an external VARIO control station, allowing the door controls and automation electronics to be installed separately from the gear motor.

Its construction includes a die-cast aluminium body, high-quality bronze gearbox, permanent lubrication and thermal protection for reliable professional operation.
