The Proteco ASTER 4 is a benchmark single-phase electromechanical automation system, designed to automate residential and condominium swing gates with maximum robustness, reliability and durability. Engineered for users who demand a truly heavy-duty 230Vac motor, the ASTER 4 delivers stable, quiet and safe operation, making it ideal both for new installations and for replacing under-dimensioned or ageing automation systems.

Suitable for single or double-leaf gates, the ASTER 4 can automate gate leaves up to 2,75 metres in length and 350 kg per leaf, positioning it as the ideal solution for large, heavy or reinforced residential gates. Thanks to its extended stroke, irreversible transmission and high-quality metal gears, the ASTER 4 ensures controlled and consistent movement, even on gates exposed to wind, frequent use or demanding environmental conditions.

With high pushing force, the ASTER 4 provides precise, smooth and vibration-free movement and is compatible with gates made of steel, iron, aluminium, wood or PVC. It also includes a robust manual release system, allowing manual operation in the event of a power failure or emergency.

Supplied as a complete kit, the Proteco ASTER 4 includes the electronic control unit, Rolling Code remote controls and all mounting accessories, offering a ready-to-install solution with full management of essential automation functions such as soft start and stop, force control, operating logic, safety devices and pedestrian opening adjustment.
